You must include the full citation of the Work (including title, author, ISBN and copyright year), the exact material to be reproduced, your book title, your publisher, page count, price, print run, territory needed, publication date, type of binding and any other information that you have regarding your project.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for your request to be processed.
